Went bowling tonight with my other son Leo!! We both needed to work out those arms and blow off some steam!! Had a good night tonight on the lanes.. only opened in the 8th frame.. those pins didn’t stand a chance!! Lol..

Found this pic of my Angel, my beautiful mother.. I was 22 years old here!! Lol.. I miss her so much, as she continues to watch over me, guiding me.. she was amazing.. the nicest person ever, with a caring, giving heart of gold.. she was loved by many, as she touched many lives over her short 47 years on this earth.. but she taught me well, and continues to show me the way, as I try daily to genuinely be a good person and do right by others.. continue to rest, my beautiful Angel.. I feel her presence everyday.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽

That time when me and the legend Theo Peoples performed with the guys from Dennis Edward’s Temptations Review. Mike Patillo, Paul Williams Jr. and CJ Jefferson traveled the world with the legend, the late Dennis Edwards and his Temptations group.. This was a great night for me. All these men are so talented, and great friends. This was my 1st time onstage with my friend and fellow Detroiter Paul Williams, who is the son of original Temptations member, the late Paul Williams. I owe a lot to Paul, as he showed me their choreography and worked with me personally to get me ready for the concert. I got it down-pat in a couple of hours and did the show, thanks to Paul..
